Optimizing logistics starts with listening

Technology is a tool. A wonderful tool that helps your company become even more successful. But to accomplish this, the tool must be exactly suitable for what you do and what you want to achieve. After all, if you want to put a nail in the wall, you do not need a saw.

This of course also applies to fruit and vegetable companies. Improving the logistics operation through the effective deployment of software and automation will only succeed if those activities are fully in line with the objectives and wishes of the entire organization, of everyone who plays a role in the logistics process.

For me this is the reason why I like to become part of the team during assignments. I speak with people in the workplace, ask end users about their experiences and wishes, map out how a change management process can become an improvement process and above all listen a lot. After this, I use all the knowledge I have gained to come up with an advice. I carry out the implementation of the improvement process together with specialists who I motivate and direct. I am always up to date with the latest techniques.
